São Paulo, Brazil
This project, located in the district of Lapa, São Paulo, consists of a mixed-use complex, composed by 4 residential blocks with 8 floors each, as well as retail on the ground floor facing the street.
The 4 residential blocks are positioned around an inner private square, which provides opportunities for leisure and meeting places, while also offering access to recreational facilities like swimming pool, playground and barbecue grills.
The facades are marked by contemporary lines, emphasizing the corners of the block, where the points of access to the project are located. The modulation of the balconies creates a dynamic effect to the facade, which is enhanced by the use of ceramic materials with varied hue.
